Switch Terms of Sale
Version 2026-10-20 · In force from 20 October 2026
These terms apply to every order placed on getswitch.net from that date. They're the contract between you and us. English is the contract language (section 25).
1. Who we are
- Switch is run by Fallon Ough, a sole trader (Einzelunternehmen) in Austria, trading as "Switch".
- Address: Julius-Raab-Straße 10, 4040 Linz, Austria.
- E-mail: support@getswitch.net
- Phone: +43 660 2945061
- Full legal notice: Impressum.
- "We" and "us" mean Switch. "You" means the person who orders.
2. What Switch is
- Switch sells AI agents that play Roblox games for you.
- When you switch an agent on, it takes over your character and plays the whole match.
- Switch currently covers:
- Boxing Beta, where its agent plays boxing matches, ranked or casual.
- RH2 The Journey, where REC AI plays Rec matches.
- What each plan includes, as of this version of the terms:
- Basic: Boxing Beta from Gold to Emerald (1500 to 2099 Elo), and REC AI 4.0 in RH2 The Journey.
- Pro: Boxing Beta from Diamond to Platinum (2100 to 2699 Elo), REC AI 4.0 in RH2 The Journey, and priority support.
- Max: Boxing Beta from Master to Void (2700 Elo and up), REC AI 4.0 in RH2 The Journey, and priority support.
- Every plan: website support: help with problems on our website, in a ticket in our Discord.
- The plans page shows the same: https://www.getswitch.net/pricing.html. If the line-up changes, we publish a new version of these terms. Section 14 explains how Switch can change.
- Priority support (Pro and Max): once you've linked your key in our Discord or connected Discord on your account page, the tickets you open in #contact on our Discord are marked Priority, and we answer them before tickets without that mark. We don't promise a response time.
- You run the Switch script with your own script executor.
- The first time you switch an agent on in a match, it fetches its model from our server. The agent then runs on your PC.
- Access works with a licence key. The key locks to your PC the first time it's used (section 8).
- Each agent is built for one game and one mode. The Rec agent only runs in Rec matches.
3. What Switch isn't
- Switch isn't a script executor.
- We don't sell, supply or support executors. You need your own.
- Executors are made by third parties. We aren't responsible for them or for what they do on your PC.
- Switch isn't connected to Roblox or to any game's developers.
- It isn't made, endorsed or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, or by the developers of RH2 The Journey or any other game.
- We have no relationship with them.
- "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.
- Switch doesn't promise results.
- An agent can win or lose, and it makes mistakes, like a person does.
- We don't promise any result: no wins, stats, rank or in-game currency.
4. The risk to your Roblox account
Read this before you buy.
- Using Switch breaks Roblox's Terms of Use. It may also break the rules of the game.
- Roblox, or the game's developers, may act against your Roblox account. That can mean:
- a warning;
- losing items, currency or progress;
- a ban from the game;
- a suspension or ban of your Roblox account.
- We can't prevent this, and we don't promise that it won't happen.
- If it happens, your Switch licence keeps running until its normal end.
- The licence is bound to your PC, not to your Roblox account.
- Action against your Roblox account doesn't end, pause or extend it.
- Only use Switch on a Roblox account you're prepared to lose.
5. Who can buy
- Under 13: Switch isn't for anyone under 13. Don't buy it for a child under 13.
- 13 to 17: you can buy a 1-day or 7-day pass.
- Use only money you're allowed to spend on it.
- You need your parent's or guardian's permission.
- Subscriptions need an adult.
- If you're under 18, a parent or guardian aged 18 or over can subscribe for you.
- They become the customer. They accept these terms and are responsible for the subscription.
- Age check: we ask for your date of birth at checkout. Give your real date of birth.
- Countries: we sell to buyers in the United States, the EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and Norway. We can't sell to buyers anywhere else at the moment.
- Give your real country.
- Don't use a VPN or false details to get around this.
- Consumers and businesses: these terms are written for consumers. If you buy for a business, they apply too, except where a section says it's only for consumers.
6. Plans and prices
Current prices (as of 20 October 2026):
| Plan | Monthly | Weekly | 1-day pass | 7-day pass |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | 6.99 | 2.99 | 1.99 | 3.99 |
| Pro | 11.99 | 4.49 | 2.99 | 5.99 |
| Max | 19.99 | 7.49 | 4.99 | 9.99 |
- Extra PC reset: 1.99 each, on your account page (section 8).
- Currency: prices are in US dollars. If you buy from the EU, Norway or Switzerland, you pay the same number in euro. For example, €11.99 instead of $11.99.
- Your price: the price shown at checkout, directly above the order button, is the price of your order.
- No VAT and no extra charges:
- Prices are final prices.
- We charge no VAT, because we're an Austrian small business (Kleinunternehmer, § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG).
- We add no shipping costs or other fees.
- Payment:
- We accept cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Revolut Pay (for payments in euro), Amazon Pay (for payments in US dollars) and Link (Stripe's saved-payment service). Stripe processes the payment.
- If you pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Revolut Pay or Amazon Pay, that provider's own terms also apply between you and it.
- Once checkout offers it, you can also pay for passes with crypto, on our own payment server: see "Paying with crypto" in section 7.
- Charges appear on your statement as GETSWITCH.NET.
- Your bank may charge its own fees, for example for currency conversion. Those aren't ours.
7. How you order and when the contract is made
- Choose a plan, and a subscription or a pass.
- Enter your e-mail address, your country (in the US also your state and ZIP code) and your date of birth.
- Read the key terms shown above the order button.
- Tick the boxes:
- accept these terms;
- agree to immediate delivery of your key (section 12);
- for a subscription, agree to automatic renewal (section 10).
- Click "Order with obligation to pay". This sends us your binding order.
- Pay on Stripe's payment page, or, for a pass paid with crypto, on our own payment server.
- When your payment is confirmed, we accept your order. We do this by e-mailing you the order confirmation with your licence key. The contract is made at that moment.
- No payment, no contract. If you don't complete the payment, no contract is made.
- Creator links: if you come to our website through a creator's link and order within 24 hours, the creator may earn a commission from your order. It doesn't change your price or what you get. We store nothing in your browser for this.
- Fixing mistakes: before you click the order button, you can check and change everything you entered. On Stripe's page you can still go back or close the page. If you don't pay, no contract is made.
- Your copy of the contract:
- We store your order and the version of these terms you accepted.
- We e-mail you these terms and the withdrawal information as PDF files with your order confirmation.
- You can save or print the current terms from our website at any time. Ask us for the version you accepted.
- Paying with crypto (passes only), once checkout offers it:
- You can pay for a 1-day or 7-day pass with the cryptocurrencies checkout names, on our own payment server (BTCPay Server). No payment provider is involved. Subscriptions can't be paid with crypto, because a crypto payment can't renew by itself.
- The price stays in US dollars or euro, as shown at checkout. When you open the invoice, our payment server converts it at the current exchange rate and shows the exact amount to send.
- Pay the full amount within the time the invoice shows. The network fee is set by your wallet and the network. It isn't ours, and it comes on top of the price.
- Your payment is confirmed when the network has confirmed it, which can take up to an hour. Then we accept your order as in step 7.
- If you pay too little, or after the invoice has expired, no contract is made automatically. Write to us with your order number. We'll either complete your order once the full price has arrived, or send back what you paid, less the network fee for sending it.
- Crypto payments can't be reversed. Check the amount and the address in your wallet before you send.
- Where mandatory law requires us to pay you money back, we pay in the same cryptocurrency, at the value of the amount due on the day we pay, unless we agree on another way.
8. Your licence
- What you get: a licence to use the Switch agents in your plan, on one PC, for the time you've paid for.
- Each order comes with its own key, unless checkout offers to add the time to a key you already have.
- Personal: the licence is non-exclusive and you can't transfer it.
- No sharing: you may not share, sell, resell, rent, lend or give away your key or your access, or let anyone else use it.
- Keep your key secret. It locks to the first PC that uses it. If someone else uses it first, it locks to their PC.
- One PC: the key binds to your PC the first time it's used. We recognise the PC by an identifier we call the HWID: the hardware ID your executor provides or, if it has none, Roblox's device ID.
- Moving to another PC:
- Reset the HWID yourself through our Discord bot or on your account page, once every 7 days. This reset is included.
- Extra reset: if you need another one sooner, you can buy it on your account page, at the price in section 6, in the currency of your order. We do it straight after your payment. You're only charged once it's done: if it can't be done, the payment is released and nothing is charged. It doesn't change when your next included reset is available.
- If a reset went wrong because of a fault on our side, open a support ticket in our Discord, or write to support@getswitch.net.
- Resets are for moving to a PC you use, not for sharing.
- Lost key: write to us from the e-mail address you ordered with. We can issue a replacement key. The old key then stops working.
- Free keys: if we give you a key free of charge, these terms apply to it as well, except what they say about prices, payment, cancelling and the right of withdrawal.
- Tester keys: if we invite you to test Switch, your tester key is a free key, so the point above applies. Test builds can have faults, and we can change or end them, or your tester key, at any time. You can end your tester key by deleting your account.
- Our rights: we keep all rights in Switch, the agents, their models and the script. You get only the rights these terms describe.
- Marked copies: each copy of an agent's model that we send carries a code derived from your licence key, so that copies shared without permission can be traced to the key they were sent to. Our Privacy Notice explains what we record for this.
9. Delivery of your key
- We deliver your key as soon as your payment is confirmed:
- first by e-mail, inside your order confirmation;
- then on the order page.
- Passes start the first time you use your key: when an agent first loads on your PC, which also locks the key to that PC (section 8). Until then, the time doesn't run.
- A 1-day pass then runs for 24 hours.
- A 7-day pass then runs for 7 days (168 hours).
- Once a pass has started, the time runs whether or not you use Switch.
- Subscriptions start when we deliver the key. They run in periods of one month or one week.
- No key? Check your spam folder. Then write to support@getswitch.net with your order number.
10. Subscriptions
- Renewal:
- A subscription runs until you cancel it.
- It renews automatically at the end of each period (each month or each week).
- We charge the price of each new period to your payment method when it starts.
- Monthly plans: the monthly price every month.
- Weekly plans: the weekly price every week. A calendar month has 4 or 5 weekly charges.
- No minimum term beyond the period you've paid for.
- Cancelling:
- Cancel online at any time, with no login, at getswitch.net/cancel.html ("Cancel contracts here"). You can also e-mail us.
- Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period. If your subscription is paused because a payment failed (below), cancelling ends it at once.
- Your key keeps working until then, and we don't charge you again.
- There's no pro-rating. A period you've paid for isn't split up when you cancel.
- Failed payments:
- If a renewal payment fails, your subscription is paused. Your key doesn't work until the payment goes through.
- We e-mail you a link to pay, also with another payment method. Stripe also tries the payment again over the following weeks.
- When the payment goes through, your key works again, and a new full period (a month or a week) starts at that moment. Your next renewal moves to match.
- We don't charge you for the time your subscription is paused.
- It stays paused until you pay or cancel. If you cancel while it's paused, it ends at once, and you owe nothing for the period that wasn't paid.
- Price changes:
- We may change the price of a subscription for future periods.
- We'll e-mail you 30 days before the first charge at the new price. The e-mail gives the new price, the date it applies from, and what happens if you don't cancel.
- You can cancel before that date. You then never pay the new price.
- If you don't cancel, the subscription continues at the new price.
- A new price never applies to a period you've already paid for.
- Changing plans: you can't move a running subscription or pass to another plan. Cancel, then order the plan you want. The new order comes with a new key.
- Reminders: we e-mail you a reminder about your subscription at least once a year.
11. All sales are final
- All sales are final.
- We don't give money back for:
- time you didn't use;
- a pass you didn't use;
- the rest of a period after you cancel a subscription;
- an extra PC reset once it's done;
- action Roblox or a game takes against your Roblox account.
- This doesn't affect rights you have under mandatory consumer law. That includes the statutory warranty for faulty digital content (section 16) and your right of withdrawal while it still exists (section 12).
- Not sure Switch is for you? Start with a 1-day pass.
12. Right of withdrawal
- The right: if you're a consumer, Austrian law (the FAGG, which implements EU consumer law) lets you withdraw from a contract made online within 14 days, without giving a reason.
- When the 14 days start: Switch is digital content that isn't supplied on a physical medium. For such contracts the 14 days start on the day the contract is made.
- When the right ends early: it ends as soon as we deliver your licence key, if all three of these apply:
- you expressly agreed that we start performing the contract before the withdrawal period ends;
- you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal through that early start;
- we sent you a confirmation of the contract by e-mail, including that consent and acknowledgement, with your key or before it.
- At checkout:
- You give this consent with a separate box. It isn't ticked in advance.
- If you tick it, your right of withdrawal ends when we deliver your key.
- Our order confirmation carries your key, so the confirmation always reaches you with the key or before it.
- Subscriptions: a renewal doesn't start a new withdrawal period. You can cancel at any time instead (section 10).
- An extra PC reset (section 8) is a service we carry out at once. Before you pay, you ask us with a separate box, not ticked in advance, to do it right away, before the withdrawal period ends, and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once it's done. Your right then ends when the reset is done. Our confirmation of the order reaches you by e-mail before we do it.
- Details: the full withdrawal information and the model withdrawal form are at getswitch.net/withdrawal.html.
- Withdrawing: use "Withdraw from contract here" at getswitch.net/withdraw.html, or write to us. We reply to every withdrawal.
13. Card disputes (chargebacks)
- If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer, we suspend the licence that payment bought while the dispute is open.
- We never suspend or end anything else you bought. Your other keys, passes and subscriptions stay as they are.
- If the dispute ends in our favour, we reactivate the licence for the rest of its term.
- If it ends in your favour, that licence ends for good, and so does the subscription it belongs to.
- If you don't recognise a charge, or think something went wrong, you can write to us first at support@getswitch.net.
14. Updates and changes to Switch
- Updates:
- We update the agents, their models and the script.
- Updates arrive from our server. You don't need to reinstall anything.
- We provide the updates needed to keep Switch working as described for as long as your pass or subscription runs.
- Other changes: we may also change Switch for a valid reason:
- to adapt it to changes in Roblox or a game;
- to improve the agents, for example with a new version;
- for security;
- to comply with the law;
- to remove an agent or mode that can no longer work, because the game changed or closed.
- Changes cost you nothing extra. We'll tell you about them clearly.
- Changes that make things worse for you:
- If a change makes your access to Switch, or your use of it, more than slightly worse, we'll e-mail you about it in good time beforehand.
- You can then end your contract free of charge within 30 days of the change, or of our e-mail if it comes later.
- The law sets out what each side then owes the other.
- Switch depends on Roblox and the game:
- Roblox and game developers change their software without telling us.
- After such a change, an agent may stop working, or work less well, until we update it.
- We work on updates as soon as we can, but we can't promise how long one takes.
- Your warranty rights (section 16) aren't affected.
- Beta agents are early versions. They may work less well than other agents, change often, or be withdrawn. Withdrawing a beta is a change under this section.
15. What you need
- A PC that can run Roblox and the games Switch covers (section 2). Our setup guide lists what else it needs: https://www.getswitch.net/setup.html.
- A third-party script executor that can run the Switch script. We don't supply one.
- A Roblox account.
- An internet connection while you play.
- A Discord account, if you want to reset your HWID yourself or get help in our Discord. Without one, write to support@getswitch.net.
- Checking problems together:
- If something doesn't work, we may ask you to help check whether the cause is your setup, for example your executor or your PC.
- We'll use the simplest technical means available and the least intrusive for you.
- If you don't help, you may have to prove that the fault was in Switch.
16. Statutory warranty
- You have the statutory warranty for digital content. In Austria it's in the Consumer Warranty Act (Verbrauchergewährleistungsgesetz, VGG).
- For passes and subscriptions, it covers faults that appear while your access runs.
- If Switch doesn't work as described, write to support@getswitch.net with your order number and what happened. Your statutory remedies apply in full.
17. Acceptable use
Don't:
- share, sell, resell, rent or give away keys or access;
- get around the licence system (the key check, the HWID lock or the reset limit);
- access our server in any way other than through the Switch script;
- copy, extract, decompile, modify or redistribute the agents, their models or the script, except where the law expressly allows it;
- attack, overload, scan or probe our servers;
- use Switch to harass, threaten or deceive other players;
- pay with a card or account you're not allowed to use.
18. Suspension and ending by us
- If you break section 17, we can suspend the licence concerned. We'll tell you why by e-mail, and you can reply.
- For a serious breach, such as reselling keys or attacking our servers, or for repeated breaches, we can end the licence.
- We only act on the licences the breach concerns.
- Ending a licence for a breach doesn't entitle you to money back for the time left. This doesn't affect rights that mandatory law gives you.
19. Liability
- No limit applies to damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, to personal injury, to claims under the Austrian Product Liability Act, or wherever the law doesn't allow a limit.
- Slight negligence: we're liable only if we breach an essential obligation of the contract, meaning one that makes proper performance possible at all and that you may rely on. Even then, we're liable only for damage that's typical and foreseeable for a contract like this. Otherwise we're not liable for slight negligence.
- Our helpers: these rules also apply to people we use to perform the contract.
- Things outside our control: point 1 always applies. Apart from that, we're not liable for:
- action Roblox or a game's developers take against your account because you used Switch (that's the known risk in section 4);
- your executor or any other third-party software;
- changes Roblox or a game makes (section 14 says what we do about them).
- Warranty: this section doesn't limit your statutory warranty rights (section 16).
20. Privacy
- How we handle your data: Privacy Notice.
21. Changes to these terms
- A new version applies to orders placed after it takes effect.
- For a running subscription, we change these terms only for a valid reason, such as a change in the law or a court decision, or a new feature.
- We won't change the price this way (section 10 covers price changes).
- We won't change what you get, except as section 14 allows.
- We'll e-mail you the new terms 30 days before they apply, and point out that they'll apply if you don't cancel before then.
- You can cancel at any time before that date.
22. Governing law
- Austrian law applies. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) doesn't.
- If you're a consumer, this choice of law doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you normally live.
23. Courts
- Consumers:
- You can bring proceedings against us in Austria.
- You can also bring them in the courts where you live, where the law there gives you that right.
- We can bring proceedings against you only in the courts where you live.
- Businesses: the courts with subject-matter jurisdiction for our business address have exclusive jurisdiction.
24. Resolving disputes
- Please talk to us first: support@getswitch.net.
- Austria has state-recognised dispute resolution bodies for consumers, free for consumers:
- the Internet Ombudsstelle, for disputes about contracts made online: www.ombudsstelle.at;
- the Schlichtung für Verbrauchergeschäfte, for other consumer disputes: www.verbraucherschlichtung.at.
- We aren't obliged to take part in consumer dispute resolution.
- If we can't settle a complaint with you, we'll tell you by e-mail which body is responsible and whether we'll take part.
25. Contract language
- These terms are written in English, and the contract is made in English.
- A German translation is at getswitch.net/terms.de.html. It's there to help you. If the two versions differ, the English version applies.
26. Contact
- E-mail: support@getswitch.net
- Phone: +43 660 2945061
- Post: Switch, Julius-Raab-Straße 10, 4040 Linz, Austria
- Help with anything, your order, your key, setup and the script included: open a private support ticket in #contact in our Discord, https://discord.gg/HmvVMpzTjn. We never ask for your licence key or payment details there.
- Complaints and warranty claims: in a ticket too, or by e-mail, phone or post.
- Please send withdrawals and privacy requests by e-mail, phone or post, or use the withdrawal page below, so there's a clear record.
